Tiny Tigers Toddler Program

Thanks to movies like Ninja Turtles, Power Rangers and Kung Fu Panda, your toddler is a master when it comes to high kicks, battle cries and fast punches. But you believe there has to be a healthier way to harness and nurture your toddler’s engery since he took up sparring with the household furniture and perfected the art of the double knifehand block on the family’s poodle.

Our Tiny Tigers toddler classes for children ages 3, 4 and 5 emphasize a fun and safe martial arts curriculum that nurtures and challenges every child’s physical, mental and spiritual awareness.

Our toddler classes provide a fun, relaxing and safe environment where children learn basic self-defense techniques. Our classes are geared toward helping your toddler improve their self-esteem, gain more confidence and understand self-control. Our toddler program also introduces our youngest students to the Five Tenents of Taekwondo.

Learn, Socialize and Play!

Our Tiny Tigers program offers more than just superior martial arts lessons. Children enrolled in our taekwondo classes gain the necessary tools they need to set personal goals, learn how to measure their progress and identify priorities that help them achieve success – in other sports, school and home.

Each class provides children the opportunity to learn new techniques, socialize with other students and play in a fun, safe atmosphere.

Toddlers may participate in age-specific classes on Tuesdays and Fridays.

• Monday: No Classes
• Tuesday: 3 p.m.
• Wednesday: 3 p.m.
• Thursday: 3 p.m.
• Friday: No Classes

Age-Specific Classes

• Tuesday (Ages 5-6): 4:00 p.m. (Ages 7-8): 4:45 p.m. (Ages 9-10): 5:30 p.m. (Ages 11 and older): 6:15 p.m.
• Friday (Ages 5-7): 4:45 p.m. (Ages 8-10): 5:30 p.m. (Ages 11 and older): 6:15 p.m.

Quick Classes

White Belts with two or more stripes: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 3:30 p.m.

Lake Norman Taekwondo America participates in four regional and national Taekwondo events and competitions each year. We post all event announcements in the school lobby, on our website and Facebook.
